There are a variety of options for hand and arm placement in Warrior III, some yogis prefer to hold their arms forward, others prefer to reach the arms back along their sides, while some prefer to place the hands together at the chest which will provide a further balancing challenge.
It’s important in this pose to focus the mind in order to keep balance! A great tip is to pick an object to focus on, as opposed to allowing the eyes to wonder the room. Improving your core strength will also help with attaining good balance with any posture.
