Side Crow Pose is a fun arm balance with a cool twist!
If you’re a fan of Crow Pose or Bakasana, then you’re likely to also enjoy Side Crow or Side Crane Pose. Side Crow is very similar to Crow Pose but you get to add a fun twist to the posture which can make it a bit more of a challenge. Maintaining balance while twisting may lead to a few wobbles!
