In this class, Drinie will guide you through a flow that is meant to simply celebrate yoga and all of it's various benefits. This sequence will offer a multitude of poses and is probably best suited for the Intermediate yogi with a little experience on the mat. No props are needed for this class. Poses include Marjaryasana & Bitilasana (Cat/Cow Pose), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III Pose), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon pose), Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and more! This flow will incorporate a variety of forearm poses and forearm balances to test your limits! This class would be considered Intermediate to Advanced, likely not for the beginner. Blocks and a strap may be helpful. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Anjaneyasana (Crescent Pose), Forearm Plank, Baby Crow Pose and more.
