This sequence will give you the chance to experience both your Yin and Yang sides within the same class. The first half of the class will focus on the active Yang, practicing postures that will perhaps challenge you physically. The second half of the sequence will allow you to surrender to the passive side and explore Yin poses to feel the earth beneath you. We would consider this an All Levels class with both beginner and intermediate poses.
