postures. This class would be considered an Intermediate class with a few small challenges. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Camatkarasana (Wildthing Pose), Malasana (Yogi Squat),
Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II), Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle), Half Splits, and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
