This class could be classified as a power flow, but don't worry, it's not super intense! The sequence is filled with many basic postures, however this flow will keep you busy. There are plenty of standing poses and more than one chaturanga! Stephanie will also toss in a quick Crow Pose near the end of class for those wishing for a little more challenge! We would call this an All Levels class with plenty for the beginner and intermediate yogi.
