Nikka is back with another one of her famous slow paced beginner level classes to help you slow your roll and relax away the tension.
It's not always necessary to hit the mat and build up a big sweat, sometimes it's good to wind down the body and mind!
This class is full of basic flow and basic postures to provide a beginner level class that will hopefully soothe inside and out.
Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Marjaryasana/Bitilasana (Cat/Cow Pose), Half Splits, Supta Matsyendrasana (Supine Twist), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
