This class will act as a great follow up to Nikka's Happy Morning Sun Flow class.
In this sequence, Nikka guides you through a soft flow to help cool down and hopefully provide release in order to wrap up your day.
This class is suitable for beginners and it may help to have a couple of yoga blocks and a strap, or items to substitute. The class is about 30 minutes in length, so it doesn't require lots of time.
Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Ardha Hanumanasana (Half Splits), Upavistha Konasana (Seated Wide Legged Forward Fold), Utthan Pristhasana (Lizard Pose)and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
