Naturally, yoga can present many challenges, it can test our endurance, make us sweat and it can certainly test our flexibility and strength!
However, sometimes it can just be simple. This class is short and it's just a simple flow that would be suited for most any beginner. Kim does toss in a short Boat Pose if you decide to get a little adventurous!
The sequence is about 20 minutes and filled with numerous beginner postures.
Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Anjaneyasana (Crescent), Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II), Kumbhakaasana (Plank Pose) and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
