Most of us see yoga as a very active process, meditation can help offer balance and a chance to quiet the mind. Meditation may not be physically challenging but many do find it difficult to clear the mind and find stillness.
In this meditation, Jenny will focus on helping you to become centered and finding self. This video meditation doesn't contain music, but feel free to practice with the music of your choice. No props are required.
