Stretching not only feels good, but it also offers plenty of health benefits. For example, becoming more flexible can make many daily tasks easier and it's a nice way to counteract the negative impact of sitting at a desk all day.

This video is about 30 minutes in length and should work well for most beginner students. No props are required.
