Heart openers are a great way to open the mind and free tension from the upper body, especially that dreaded shoulder stress from sitting slumped at a desk all day.

This class is an All Levels class with many poses suited for beginners! No props are needed for this class.

Poses include Marjaryasana & Bitilasana (Cat/Cow Pose), Uttana Shishosana (Puppy Pose), Salamba Bhujangasana (Sphinx Pose), Salabhasana (Locust Pose), Natarajasana (Dancer Pose), Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge) and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
