This class will hopefully get you loose and ready for a more vigorous workout as Ariana guides you through the short sequence.

We would describe this class as a Level 1/2 with a few challenges.

Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Parsvottonasana (Pyramid Pose), Marjaryasana/Bitilasana (Cat/Cow Pose), Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle), Half Splits or Runner's Lunge and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
