We often hear yogis claim that Humble Warrior is one of their favorite postures and there's good reason.
Humble Warrior is of course a variation of traditional Warrior Pose, it's also often referred to as Bound Warrior.
As the name suggests, the posture allows for a moment to be humble as you almost bow to the earth.
Physically the pose opens the hips, stretches the shoulders and the chest, and helps to build strength in the legs. The pose also helps one to focus on their practice as it prevents you from looking around.
